What is Opening Night: First Pick Shopping?
Enjoy a night out with friends during this social affair. This is your opportunity to shop the first of each Artist’s offerings before the weekend begins. A sparkling non-alcoholic beverage will be provided with your ticket plus big prizes, weekend wristbands including VIP entrance with shorter line ups.
What is Accessible entry?
This a gentler shopping experience. An hour with a bit of extra space to shop at lower capacity. The Gorge Park Pavilion is a newly designed building with thoughtful elements to support accessible patrons. There are 10 accessible parking spots, automated front doors, full spectrum lighting, wheelchair accessible elevator that runs between both floors and accessible washroom on each floor. There is a pathway designated to the right of the main doorway. This is a quicker line up for Accessible shoppers.
How do i get there?
We encourage carpooling, ride services, biking, walking and taking public transport to the event. Capital Bikes will provide a bike valet on the greens to ensure safe lock ups. Limited parking is available onsite. We have secured a designated parking lot for overflow at 2920 Tillicum Road, Victoria. A short scenic walk from overflow through Gorge Park will get you to the bazaar quickly without having to wait for a parking spot to become available. Ten Accessible Parking spots are available onsite.
How much is entry?
Opening Night: First Pick Shopping: $25 - Weekend Pass Sat & Sun Express Line-Up: $10
Single Day Entry: $6 Children 14 and under FREE. Cash and Tap Credit Cards and Debit are all accepted for entry. Entry is non-refundable and non transferable. First Pick Opening Night ticket includes FREE ENTRY for all 3 days of the show.
What is the Gorge Park Pavilion?
The stunning Pavilion is inspired by Japanese architecture, a certified LEEDS building encompassing Eco forward details. Each room is flooded with natural light with floor to ceiling windows in each room. The Winter Bazaar primarily takes places indoors with a selection of outdoor vendors in the covered entrance way and food trucks.
Can I bring my pet?
Service animals are welcome. Pets are not permitted inside, however they may enjoy the surrounding park grounds provided by the municipality.
What payment do vendors accept?
Most vendors will be accepting credit card, debit, e-transfer and cash for sales. There is no ATM on site so please bring what you need to shop.
How do I apply for this year's market?
Winter Bazaar 2026 is full. Waitlist is closed. We are extremely busy planning this year's event and any e-mail enquiries may not be responded to. Applications open on December 27, 2026 for 2027 Winter Bazaar. Please check instagram for the most to date information @thefernwoodmakersparty.
